One of my goals is to write a book that organizes and synthesizes the material presented in this blog.

The purpose of the book would be to help leaders consider the ideas presented here more deeply and systematically. In particular, it would help individual leaders discern where they are being led to apply them and would serve as a conduit to focus conversations among leadership teams.
